It’s official, Victor Wembanyama is a Boulogne-Levallois player.
It’s now official, Victor Wembanyama (2.19m, 18 years old) is joining Boulogne-Levallois for the next two seasons. Long announced at Paris Basketball, the young NBA prospect has finally signed up with the 92 club and is already looking forward to starting:
I am very happy to commit to the Mets, declared the vice-champion of the world of under 19 years on the site of the club. The club is very ambitious. I look forward to helping the team achieve its goals.
When he left ASVEL, the best hope of Betclic Elite said he wanted to evolve with Vincent Collet, coach of the Mets 92 and the French team next season. A piece of news that delighted the Norman technician just as much:
I am delighted that Victor Wembanyama has chosen to join the Metropolitans 92. We are proud to welcome him here in Levallois. Victor is one of the greatest hopes of world basketball, his arrival is fully in line with the club’s development project.
This year the Ile-de-France club will not play in the European Cup and Victor Wembanyama should therefore have even more time to prepare for the NBA Draft next season.
The club is pleased to announce the signing of Victor Wembanyama (Post 4/5, 18 years old, 2.19m) with the @Metropolitans92 for a two-year contract!🏀🇫🇷
