Claire Ptak is the London pastry chef who created the Sussex wedding cake in 2018. On Sunday, June 5, Claire Ptak shared a photo of a pink cake topped with peonies. Royal fans assume it is the creation of the pastry chef for the celebration of Lilibet Diana’s birthday.
