Thursday June 2, 2022, Nabilla claimed to have been the victim of a fraud by a real estate agent. Contacted by Le Figaro, the latter gave a totally different version of the facts.
Sunday June 5, 2022, Nabilla gave birth to her second child, in Paris. Whether the influencer lives in Dubai, she wanted to be with her mother and grandmother to welcome her little boy. A few days earlier, Thursday June 2, 2022, in story, the wife of Thomas Vergara had claimed to have been the victim of a scam. Referring to her experience with The Address agency, she explained: “My assistants managed directly with the agency. My goal is that no one else gets scammed because I think there is nothing worse than that.” Wishing to warn her fans, the pretty brunette had assured: “We had a contract that was between the agency and me (…) Until then everything was fine, I had not discovered the deception, until I asked if it was possible to send packages for the newborn, directly to the apartment (…) One of the women who work in the apartment told us that it was owned by people who were not interested in renting at all.“
contacted by FigaroOlivier Tomas, president and founder of the incriminated agency, gave his version of the facts: “Nabilla’s assistant contacted us to find an apartment to rent for at least a month in Paris due to the birth of the latter. At the time, we had nothing to offer them that could correspond to their specifications.“So he got in touch with a colleague who offered him an apartment that Nabilla would have liked.”Everything was going well, we continued to work with our concierge service to respond to the couple’s various service requests. Until the day where, at the end of April, the owner of the apartment decides not to rent any more for a reason that I don’t know“, he said before slipping: “We had been working on this rental for several weeks so we were very disappointed.“
Olivier Tomas: “I sent all these elements to my lawyer”
If the owner of this apartment was able to retract, it is in particular because he had not yet signed the rental contract. So, Olivier Tomas would have struggled to find a solution and would have offered apartments “even better” to Nabilla and Thomas Vergara. However, he would never have gotten an answer. “Their assistant told me that he had forwarded the proposals to the couple, but without having received any further feedback. I received, a few days later, a call from a friend of Nabilla, a lawyer from Marseille, who yelled at me to ask me to reimburse the money paid with, in addition, double the amount in damages“, he said. Finally, The Address agency founder reportedly received a phone message”with supporting photos, of Nabilla’s husband with death threats“against him, his collaborators and his children. He assured: “He told me he paid 15,000 euros from people to put a contract on our head. Crazy things! I did not answer and I transmitted all these elements to my lawyer. These behaviors are intolerable.“
