Mehdi admits to Greg that he tasted Teyssier’s dessert and it was a killer. He judges that Emmanuel has made “a reassembly from space”.
When Teyssier arrives at the institute with his family, he is applauded.
Emmanuel tells Constance that he was pleasantly surprised that she chose his dessert. She tells Emmanuel that they looked like a real family for once. Constance says she chose her dessert but he mustn’t be imagining things. Teyssier tells Constance that she is the cement of this family, she is the one who gives it meaning. He would like them to make a new start together. Constance tells her it’s not that simple, she wants to think it over.
Landiras wants to flee the institute to prevent his secret from being revealed?
Kelly comes to announce to Amber and Tom that apparently they are going to have duck in the kitchen test. They decide to revise all of Auguste Armand’s duck-based recipes.
Rose gathered the 3rd years for post-institute. Enzo, Anaïs, Charlène are present. She wants to help them find their way.
Small meeting of the trio… but Célia sees them
Cardone tells Louis he’s not going to let go. Landiras joins them. He feels he has fulfilled his deal. Cardone believes that he does not deserve his pastry because Teyssier comes out on top. Louis and Cardone make it clear to Landiras that he was well taken. Célia surprises all 3 of them in the street.
Zacharie makes an appointment with Constance: he offers her to go away from all that because the climate at the institute is toxic. Zacharie suggests that they take to the road… freedom is theirs. Constance is a little lost, she says she can’t make up her mind in 2 minutes. She asks him to give her time. Zacharie promises to wait for her.
Constance in love with Zacharie?
Anaïs isn’t sure she wants to be a butler anymore. She explains to Rose that she has an idea for a concept store: a vegan restaurant with a shop that would sell vegan products. Rose thinks it’s ambitious. Rose is going to think about a way how the institute could support her in her project.
Célia asks Theo if Landiras knows Cardone well? She had the impression that Zacharie looked very embarrassed that she had seen them. Célia and Théo think they had a deal together.
Rose ready to engage with graduating students
Salomé wants to be her own boss and have her card. She doesn’t feel like a chef’s stole. She does not have her identity and her style.
Cardone comes to say goodbye to Teyssier: they will meet again at the pastry championship. Cardone represents Ile de France while Teyssier will represent Occitanie.
Cardone tells Teyssier that Zacharie was in on it. She tells him that it may help him get his wife back.

Theo confronts Louis about the deal with Cardone and Landiras. Theo tells him that he knows he is doing everything to eject Teyssier. Théo wants the details otherwise he throws everything at Charlène.
Louis ends up confessing everything to Theo. The latter reports the info to Teyssier. Emmanuel thinks that you shouldn’t say anything to Constance for the moment because he doesn’t want to grill the info (like what Annabelle had promised a pastry to Landiras) just anyhow. Teyssier promises Theo that Zacharie is finished.

Rose talks to Antoine about supporting the 3rd year: the students are passionate and overflowing with ideas but they need information.
