Yseult climbed the steps of the Cannes Film Festival this Friday, May 20. For the occasion, she had opted for a handbag whose pattern did not go unnoticed.
For several days, the biggest American or French stars have paraded on the red carpet on the occasion of the 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival. This began with the arrival of Tom Cruise who, while promoting the new Top Gun: Maverick, landed by helicopter. There is also Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway and Sophie Tapie. This Friday, May 20, it was Yseult who climbed the steps of the Croisette. Known for her sought-after fashion references, her look was highly anticipated. For this edition, she called on the Schiaparelli house and wore a long white coat which highlighted the details of her bust. One detail did not go unnoticed, its handbag. This was one of the flagship pieces of the fall-winter 2021 collection and it represented a muscular chest.
This is not the first time that Yseult has climbed the steps of the Cannes Film Festival. In 2021, she went to the screening of Joachim Lafosse’s film Les Intranquilles, the last feature film in competition with Leïla Bekhti. While weather was not good for this special occasion, the singer had adapted. Indeed, she had climbed the stairs in a very impressive semi-transparent white dress and was accompanied by a special accessory: a huge umbrella. However, it was not just any since it had been designed in the same fabric as her dress and it also had the same shape. A very noticed appearance and which had highlighted the fact that Yseult knows how to adapt, in all circumstances.
Cannes Film Festival: why was the event disrupted?
Today’s stair climb was disrupted by a woman who walked onto the red carpet. As shown in the video, posted on the France 3 Côte d’Azur Twitter account, she was topless but had paint in the colors of the flag of Ukraine. She was wearing white panties that were smeared with red paint. Faced with the personalities present at that time, she started running in all directions and shouting in front of the photographers. “Stop raping us“, she had written on her body.
