Crypto.com is a popular Singapore-based cryptocurrency platform with over 50 million customers. The platform recently found itself in the limelight for its Super Bowl ad featuring Matt Damon.
In detail, the Crypto.com team informed that to welcome Shopify merchants to Crypto.com Pay, Crypto.com will waive the 0.5% settlement fee on all transactions for one month after onboarding. The promotion would be valid for all Shopify merchants who sign up for Crypto.com Pay until June 30, 2022.
The team added that Crypto.com Pay enables merchants to instantly receive cryptocurrency from a growing global base of Crypto.com users, with no transaction fees. This off-chain service is real-time and available to all Crypto.com app users globally.
To further incentivize merchants to pay with Crypto.com, Crypto.com will also offer its customers crypto cashback rewards when paying with the Cronos (CRO) token, which can be as high as 10% during promotion periods.
